Introduction

The Documents and Photos sections in WatchGameFilm allow users to upload, organize, and manage their documents and images within their team environment. These tools provide a structured way to store and access important resources such as playbooks, scouting reports, team photos, and other essential files.

Navigating the Files & Photos Page

1. New Directory - Create a new folder to organize your files more efficiently.
2. Upload Files - Select files from your device to upload to the team's storage.
3. Files List - Displays the uploaded files and folders with details such as name, modification date, and file size.
4. Sidebar Navigation - Allows you to browse folders and subfolders for better organization.

Managing Files & Folders

Once a file or folder is selected, additional management options become available:

• Move To - Relocate the selected file(s) or folder(s) to a different directory.
• Copy To - Duplicate the selected file(s) or folder(s) to another location.
• Rename - Modify the name of a selected file or folder.
• Delete - Permanently remove a selected file or folder.
• Clear Selection - Deselect all currently selected items.
• Refresh - Reloads the file list to reflect recent changes.

Organizing Files & Photos

• Use folders to categorize documents and images for easy access.
• Rename files to maintain a clear naming structure.
• Move and copy files to maintain an organized directory.

Important Notes

• Deleted files cannot be recovered once removed.
• Upload limits may vary based on your team's storage allocation.
• Ensure proper file organization to streamline access and retrieval.
