No. WatchGameFilm is designed to configure security based on roles; not individual users. Users are grouped into roles when they are added to your team.
Allow provides the role with read-only access to the feature. Manage allows the role to modify the feature, usually this means add, edit, delete abilities.
Owners, Administrators and Coaches. Owners have access to every feature without WatchGameFilm and their role cannot be modified or minimized.
