History

History is an excellent way for coaches to know who is logging in and watching film! It shows the activity of any parent, player, or coach accessing your WatchGameFilm team within the last 30 days.

Identify who is and is not watching film and compare that to what you are seeing on the practice field. The History app provides every head coach with a clear picture of who is putting in the time and preparation off the field.

Search on any player name, film name, command, etc. to quickly see any activity regarding that topic.

Please see our Help Documentation for complete instructions on configuring and using Sideline Replay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Owners, coaches and administrators can view all team activity. Users who are not in those roles (such as players and parents) can only view their own activity for the last 30 days.

No. This approach of tracking viewing time can easily be gamed by the user resulting in false activity reports that show users putting more viewing time than they actually did. In many ways, it is more insightful to know who is NOT watching film compared to how long someone is spending time in the film room.

30 days for History reports. However, for security purposes, we maintain all team activity records for the past year in case our support staff needs to look into team history in more detail.
